AgriWheels provides an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of agricultural equipment throughout Pakistan. Our Platform allows users to:

• Post advertisements for agricultural equipment for sale or rent
• Contact other users regarding listed equipment
• Access verified dealer profiles and information
• Use various tools and features to facilitate transactions

AgriWheels acts as an intermediary platform and is not directly involved in the actual transactions between buyers and sellers.

Account Creation

To access certain features of our Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

User Responsibilities

Account Termination

Platform Integrity

AgriWheels facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not party to the actual transactions. All sales, purchases, rentals, and related agreements are solely between users.

Platform's Role

• We do not handle payments or hold funds

• We do not warranty the accuracy of listings
• We are not responsible for transaction disputes

The AgriWheels Platform, including its design, features, functionality, and content, is owned by AgriWheels and protected by intellectual property laws.

User Content License

By posting content on our Platform, you grant AgriWheels a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for Platform operations and marketing purposes.

Respect for Third-Party Rights

Users must ensure their content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. We will respond to valid copyright infringement notices in accordance with applicable law.
