Welcome to AgriWheels, Pakistan's leading online marketplace for agricultural equipment. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, posting listings, or using any part of our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using our Platform on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

AgriWheels provides an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of agricultural equipment throughout Pakistan. Our Platform allows users to:

• Browse and search for agricultural equipment listings
• Post advertisements for agricultural equipment for sale or rent
• Contact other users regarding listed equipment
• Access verified dealer profiles and information
• Use various tools and features to facilitate transactions

AgriWheels acts as an intermediary platform and is not directly involved in the actual transactions between buyers and sellers.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of Pakistan to use our Platform or create an account. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Account Creation

To access certain features of our Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Keep your account information up to date
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activities.

Permitted Listings

Users may only list agricultural equipment, machinery, and related items. All listings must:

• Contain accurate descriptions and specifications
• Include genuine photographs of the actual equipment
• State fair and realistic pricing
• Provide honest condition assessments
• Include valid contact information

Prohibited Content

The following types of content and activities are strictly prohibited:

• False, misleading, or deceptive information
• Stolen, counterfeit, or illegal equipment
• Spam, duplicate, or irrelevant listings
• Offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
• Attempts to circumvent our Platform for direct contact
• Copyright or trademark infringement

Safe Trading Practices

We strongly recommend users follow these safety guidelines:

• Meet in person to inspect equipment before purchase
• Verify the identity and credentials of other users
• Use secure payment methods and avoid advance payments
• Inspect all documentation and ownership papers
• Report suspicious activities to our support team

Platform Integrity

Users must not:

• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Manipulate reviews, ratings, or feedback
• Interfere with the Platform's functionality
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data

AgriWheels facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not party to the actual transactions. All sales, purchases, rentals, and related agreements are solely between users.

Platform's Role

• We provide the marketplace platform and tools
• We do not handle payments or hold funds
• We do not guarantee the quality or condition of equipment
• We do not warranty the accuracy of listings
• We are not responsible for transaction disputes

User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for:

• Verifying equipment condition and specifications
• Negotiating terms and pricing
• Completing payment arrangements
• Resolving any disputes or issues
• Complying with applicable laws and regulations

The AgriWheels Platform, including its design, features, functionality, and content, is owned by AgriWheels and protected by intellectual property laws.

User Content License

By posting content on our Platform, you grant AgriWheels a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for Platform operations and marketing purposes.

Respect for Third-Party Rights

Users must ensure their content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. We will respond to valid copyright infringement notices in accordance with applicable law.

By using our Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Platform Disclaimer

AgriWheels provides the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-generated content or listings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgriWheels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any transactions conducted through it.

Assumption of Risk

You understand that AgriWheels is a venue that connects independent buyers and sellers. You interact with other users and complete transactions at your own risk. We do not screen users, inspect equipment, verify ownership, or guarantee that any transaction will be completed. You release AgriWheels from any claims, demands, and damages arising out of disputes with other users or out of any transaction conducted through the Platform.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AgriWheels, its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your listings, content, or conduct; (c) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law; or (d) your transactions or dealings with other users.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or Platform notifications. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AgriWheels regarding the Platform and supersede any prior agreements.

No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
