PM Youth Business & Agriculture Loan (ZTBL)

What you get

• Working capital loans from over Rs 1.5 million up to Rs 2.5 million, for up to 5 years; only markup is paid for the first 2 years
• Development loans from over Rs 1.5 million up to Rs 5 million, for up to 8 years in half-yearly instalments
• You pay 7% markup; the Government of Pakistan pays the rest
• You can hold one short-term and one long-term loan within your limit

Who can apply

• Pakistani citizen aged 21 to 45, farming or starting an agricultural business
• Not a government or ZTBL employee
• No default with any bank (clear eCIB report)
• You put in 20% of the amount yourself
• Agricultural land, or land and buildings in a city, as security

How to apply

1. 1Apply online on the Prime Minister's Youth Programme portal (Tier 3)
2. 2ZTBL field staff can help you fill in the form
3. 3Your application goes to ZTBL for processing

• Copy of your CNIC
• Agri passbook, Fard Jamabandi or alienability certificate
• Two recent photographs
