What you get

• Interest-free loan for agricultural inputs such as seed, fertiliser and pesticide, from sowing to harvest
• Rs 30,000 per acre per season; the official page puts the maximum at Rs 150,000 a season
• In October 2026 the Punjab government announced an extra Rs 3,500 per acre for DAP fertiliser (Rs 33,500 per acre)
• The card is valid for six months, with one month's grace to repay
• The Bank of Punjab sets each farmer's final limit

Who can apply

• Own between 1 and 12.5 acres of agricultural land in Punjab
• Your land is recorded with the Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA)
• Your mobile SIM is registered on your own CNIC
• You pass the NADRA and credit (eCIB) checks

How to apply

1. 1Send an SMS to 8070: pkc, a space, then your CNIC number
2. 2Wait while your details are checked with NADRA, PLRA, PMD and the State Bank's eCIB
3. 3If approved, collect the card from the Bank of Punjab and activate it
